Our Name Is How We Train
Relentless. Detailed. Consistent. These three components of effort need to be present for athletes to maximize their potential. Always coach, educate, and evaluate these three components.
Relentless.
Focus and purpose on every single rep or play. Relentless effort with how athletes attack their training, practices, and competitions. Coach to develop athletes who are relentless finishers and competitors.
Detailed.
No detail is too small. Understand the direct connection between details and improvement. Everything matters. Coach and develop this effort and preparation every single day.
Consistent.
Consistency is the key to development in all areas of life. Consistent day to day, play to play, rep to rep. No matter the day or circumstances, we want to always strive to be consistent with our attitude and effort.
Our Mission
As a college athletic performance coach, Jeff Jones has seen far too many talented athletes come to the collegiate level with a variety of training issues—limited mobility and stability, dysfunctional movement patterns, and asymmetries that affect performance and health.
He founded RDC Training to address these problems and help high school coaches bring high-quality training to their student athletes.
RDC Training System is an orthopedically-sound training system focused on building functional strength and speed. The system is built on smart progressions that focus on high quality movement that build balance and coordination throughout the body.
The result is faster, stronger, more durable athletes.
It’s not good enough anymore to give an athlete a program and expect them to get better. It’s not good enough to use random programs off the internet and give to student-athletes. This is an opportunity to get a proven training program that is designed by a certified professional that will be detailed and progressed through each athlete’s career to help maximize their potential.
